I want to thank Mike for joining me in this adventure in Time and providing such a great solid backbone
for this classic song. His skills are always top notch and a pleasure to collaborate with. I would also
like to thank a special guest on this song for adding some very special parts... Ruth aka mandolinlady!
This is a long song and I hope those PF fans have the patience to hear it out! Dont adjust your volume!
Performance:
Ruth: Female improv vocal parts!
Mike: Keyboards, Bass and Special Intro FX
Howard: Guitars, Drums, Vocals and mixing

Cool! I'm having an LSD flashback now. Well maybe flashback aint the right word, cause I never came down off my last trip in 1983. Probably why I like this so darn much. But enough about ME in your comment...
Great cover tune choice, and well done too - true to the original track and still yours too. Nice jams and decorations in this one... Doing Floyd is a brave move all around, and this couldn't be any better than it is...

The drums are soooo dramatic during the introduction.
The panning is fantastic......
I haven't heard this song in maybe ten years....wow!!!
This is really impressive....
The guitar solo is perfect
Who did the back-up vocals?
This tune has one of my favorite rock lyrics ever written...
...."Hanging on in quiet desparation is the English way"
This is really giving me goosebumps, guys.

Good show!!!!

Very awesome. One of my favourite all time tracks. The drumming is particularly great, as it the e.p. nice solo. The guitar sounds a little out of tune in the intro, but picks up later. and great tone.
I've heard 2 unbelievable versions of this track at Dmusic now, with Shadowself (Clarke McMurray's) version and now this. Unfortunately Clarke took his version off a long time ago (fortunately I downloaded it and will be doing so with this), but both are very different yet excellent in their own right.

Okay, every time that clock goes off, I hit the road running. I'm conditioned! But this one is a big bite to chew, especially since I'm not a big PF fan. But this is very well done, all parts of the whole melt together like chocolate and marshmallow on a graham cracker.
Okay, I meant to say, this is a mind-bending journey to a time and a place far far away... in the land of mists...
I was GOING to say... well done, all three! The vocals are perfect, the music -- well, it's perfect, too, and Ruth-- you are more talented than even WE thought, and we thought you were one of the most talented ladies we've ever had to the pleasure to listen to. What a touch!
There, now, I'll just wipe up the and go ... listen again!

I've been a little slow responding on this. This is one of my fave tracks from dark side of the moon. I have to give my utmost respect for the way you all did this. Ive had quite a few listens offline when I've had mates round. and just then my lodger came in and said, which pink floyd track is this as he could not differentiate from the other room.
Great job from the 3 of you

This is one amazing cover that moved like "clockwork". I'm on my second listen of this track . Everything about it sounds so crisp, clean and a pretty darn close mirror of the Pink Floyd original. Great job everybody! Howard, you put together a great team. I especially enjoyed hearing Ruth on the backing vocals.

First of all I would like to say a big thank you so very much to you two guys I am so honoured to have had the chance to sing a small vocal backing part on your masterpiece of a PF/DT cover.
I know how much hard work you both put into this track its never an overnight job, you both pay so much attention to detail and that’s why you come so close to the originals
I look up to you both and I know now where to come when I need help
I may laugh but that’s no joke, I mean that!

This track will certainly be played for a long time to come

You are all such talented artists in your own right - but here... together... you take it all to the next level! x3
I always enjoyed this song - like almost anything Pink Floyd does it is golden, catchy & 100% addictively listenable.
Clearly you have not let them down & your version has it all.
As far as covers go... this is the cover of covers!
