I love the Charlatans and this is a great cover version from their much maligned second album, which I thought was great.

i was jerked off my chair (not really, i'm in a wheel chair!) when the drums and electric guitar came in---but was glad to see them! you play a mean kit and nice axe. your voice is mighty inbetween it all and is powerful. you're certainly a talented guy.

wow I love that funky bass line reminiscent of John Taylors style. Great drums too...a very cool track mate! Moves along in this cool smooth groove ..all round great track

I believe I am not familiar with the original (in the sense I do not really know or own any of their works...) yet it does sound familiar like I may have heard this before... perhaps out somewhere or on the radio maybe... 
Love the production an feel to this... Great work in all area's!!! 
Again I have to mention the drums...

Don't know the original but this has a great, funky little groove to it that is infectious. The backing vocals are cool.

love the wha on the rhythm guitar and on some of the lead work.

Its the first time that I've heard this track, but I dont need to compare this do I The whole mix is just perfect and has a sixties feel to it. Love the vocals too and you cant fault the backing

I was only the most casual of Charlatans fan, but I still think it's really cool that you've covered them. You've really captured that kinda loose, baggy vibe really well and your voice really fits the song well too. I'm sure that Tim and the boys would be well impressed with this.

I was never into the Charlatans but you have a really cool groove in this cover song. The overall sound quality here is great. All of the instruments and the vocals sound so clear and well produced. You don't always find that in sound recordings. Congratulations!
